The First Lady spent her first morning in Accra, Ghana touring the La General Hospital with the family. She wore a white dress with colorful ribbon stripes from Sophie Theallet's spring 2009 collection. It was a brighter take on the one she wore a few months ago.
For a tour of Cape Coast Castle, Lady O changed into her signature casual look-cropped pants and flats. She coordinated with a striped tank and a light blue cardigan pinned with a floral brooch.
